Based in East Oxford, Cowley Road Works (CRW) is a charity which uses arts and culture as a platform for a year-round community engagement programme. With an impressive and demonstrable social impact and inspired by the rich multi-cultural diversity of the area our key aims are to: support disadvantaged individuals and groups in and around Oxford, foster community cohesion in the most challenging areas of the city, break down divisions.
